The Drury Trail is a three mile path that goes through a lowland forest, wetlands and northern hardwoods.
Any season is an exceptional time to visit the trail,

bone I saw on side of trail
however, if you visit during the spring you can witness an extraordinary display of spring ephemerals and in the fall a full array of blooming New England asters

The preserve was donated in 1984 by Roger & Virginia Drury.

Plants growing in wetter areas: Mossy cup oak, skunk cabbage, jack-in-the-pulpit (just to name a few)

Total: 65 acres of land
area is important to many species, rare and unique
animals, plants and fungi

Schenob Brook
easy hike, approximately 1 hour, mostly flat, lots to see
the remnants of an old hearth
